Can't say enough good things about Andrew with ACC Fence. We had him install a fence at our home last year and it looked great. He was friendly throughout the process and the fence was completed on time. Fast Forward to 2018, we had a few fence pickets break at no fault of ACC Fence (we have a 6 year old and his friends who like to play rough with balls, bikes and Nerf guns). I called around to all the hardware stores in the area to find new pickets with no luck. I decided to reach out to Andrew to see if he knew where we could get some replacement pieces to fix the fence. A couple days go by and he calls me to tell me that he dropped some new fence pickets off at my house(along with nails to put them up). That was completely unexpected as I fully expected to purchase new fence pickets. Talk about top notch customers service. He truly went above and beyond what was required or even asked of him.

The work and value was great. The fence makes our yard look so much better than the old wooden fence we previously had which they tore down and hauled away for us.

From submitting the bid, to the completion of the project, First Fence was very professional and kept me informed. One point that set them apart was their attention to detail when submitting the bid. They listened when I discussed gate placement and how I wanted the self-closing gates to swing in rather than out, making it harder for for my dogs to escape if gates were left open. Other companies did not have all the details in the bid, or they had them incorrect. If attention to detail is not reflected in the bid, I felt the final product would suffer. They also offered knowledgeable suggestions/choices that most other companies did not. Also, the manufacturer sent upgraded gates to the warehouse by mistake, and they First Fence called immediately, detailing the problem, and offered the upgraded gates at no extra cost, if I wanted them, or I could wait a day or two for the standard gates. I can highly recommend their services.
